We currently offer free standard shipping to customers in the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery time is generally 10–20 business days for the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment partners in China. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Customers may be responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region, unless otherwise stated at checkout. These charges, if applicable, are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
